TireRoll ERP

To keep your customers rolling.

The tire you need is a few miles away.

TireRoll links independent Dallas–Fort Worth tire shops. Post a need tonight, a nearby shop fills it under wholesale pricing for equivalent tires, and it rides the morning route to your door.

How it works

Ordered tonight. On your rack tomorrow.

Every evening, unfilled needs go out to the network. Shops holding the tire you need offer theirs up, and a TireRoll driver moves it on the next morning’s route.

Post what you need

Size, quantity, the brand if it matters, and how fresh the DOT has to be. Say it or type it in the app.

Nearby shops offer

The shortage report reaches every member shop. Offers come in a little under wholesale, with every tire’s DOT shown up front.

By noon

It’s riding the route to your store

The driver inspects every tire at pickup, then drops it at your counter. You scan it in, and it’s in your stock.

For independent shops

Buying power without giving up your name.

What you get

  • Right size, mid-week, without urgent-order fees when another shop down the road has it.
  • Move aging stock to shops that can sell it before the DOT date works against you.
  • A seat at the table in the network’s combined weekly order, built to earn better pricing and fresher DOT from wholesalers.
  • The TireRoll shop app: DOT-first stock, counter quotes and sales, and it keeps working with no signal.

How we keep it honest

  • DOT is listed on every offer. Three years is the default; you choose fresher or older, and older comes priced lower.
  • Private ratings between shops on four things: size, DOT, condition and on-time delivery.
  • Names stay hidden until you accept an offer, and nobody sees what you charge your customers.

When a trade goes wrong, the shop that was wronged stands at a crossroad: hold it against them, or forgive the wrong. No limits. Just Abel in charge of Cain this time. We all have to keep living.

Delivery rates

Four speeds. One simple price.

LevelSpeedPick-upPer mile10-mile example
BlueDoor to door$11.00$1.00$21.00
RedWithin 1 hour$9.00$0.90$18.00
GreenWithin 3 hours$8.00$0.80$16.00
BlackWithin 5 hours · overnight route$7.00$0.75$14.50

The buying shop pays the delivery fee and can pass it on to its customer. Tires not ready 30 minutes after the seller’s promised time add a $15 assessment.

Giving back

When the year is good, it comes back around.

Our plan: after costs and a six-month reserve, what’s left is paid out each December, when volume slows.

Member shops

A refund to each shop in proportion to how much it traded through the network.

Drivers

Christmas bonuses, based on each driver’s on-time record.

Our community

Giving to local causes in the neighborhoods our shops serve.

Why TireRoll?

We are our brother’s keeper.

A customer who leaves without tires may not come back. When the tire they need is sitting on a rack a few miles away, letting them walk out helps no one. TireRoll lets independent shops fill each other’s gaps, so every shop can say yes and keep its customers rolling.

“Am I my brother’s keeper?” In this network, the answer is yes.

Founding shops

Be one of the first shops on the route.

We’re starting with a small group of independent shops in the Saginaw and North Fort Worth area, then growing across DFW. Call or text to save your spot.
